Overview
The Archer TMA-55M is a new digital tactical thermal imaging monocular in the TMA series. It features a
high-aperture objective lens with manual focus capability. The system incorporates a highly sensitive long-wave infrared (LWIR) detector paired with a highresolution color microdisplay and diopter-adjustable eyepiece. Multiple color palette options enable optimal image enhancement for varying operational requirements.
Optical scheme of the device
The Archer TMA-55M features a 2x optical magnification system paired with a 640 x 512 thermal detector. The
display interface provides real-time status indicators including operational modes, system status, and battery
level. The device offers manual control of brightness and contrast settings of the micro-display alongside with the
presets of the display color temperature.
The unit is designed in a shockproof, waterproof aluminum housing with ergonomically positioned controls. Power is supplied by 4 AA batteries (compatible with lithium or rechargeable cells). Advanced electronics enable
comprehensive functionality while maintaining compact dimensions and optimized power efficiency.
