Overview
The Archer TCN-3 is a compact pre-lens thermal imaging clip-on designed for integration with daylight optical sights ranging from 3x to 8x magnification. This configuration offers exceptional operational flexibility: the thermal clip-on seamlessly augments existing daytime optics, enabling effective target acquisition in adverse environmental conditions while maintaining the primary sight’s zero.
Optical scheme of the device
The Archer TCN-3 incorporates a 50mm manual-focus objective lens for optimal image clarity. The system supports remote operation and features a quick-detach mounting system compatible with MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails. Power options include a rechargeable battery cassette system or cassette for using the 4 AA-type batteries (lithium or rechargeable).
