Our company Archer has developed an advanced version of the compact gunner’s sight for main battle tanks. A multisensory electro-optical targeting system equipped with a cooled thermal imaging sensor has been created.
The use of the latest technology allows for significantly higher performance in a more compact size compared to non-cooled systems,
The compact and lightweight gunner’s sight for the main battle tank provides timely information on the surrounding environment both day and night, target acquisition, and effective recognition of armored vehicles at a distance of over 3.5 km.

The Archer sight provides gunners with greater detection range for identification and targeting, as well as good visibility in low-visibility situations.
To date, Archer has successfully completed definitive testing of the improved gunner’s sight for the T-64 tank and is awaiting a contract for its delivery to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The upgraded 2017 model T-64 tank received new dynamic protection, which significantly enhances the level of protection for the combat vehicle and effectively counteracts all modern anti-tank weapons: cumulative and armor-piercing, as well as impact-cumulative ammunition like “explosive core” rounds.

During modernization, the combat vehicle is equipped with modern night vision devices with third-generation electro-optical converters. They are mounted on standard mounts and connected to the tank’s electrical network without modifications, which significantly reduces time and costs for integration into the combat vehicle systems.
The gunner’s targeting complex includes a thermal imager that enables detection, recognition, and elimination of the enemy with a 125-mm cannon at any time of day and under any weather conditions.
The tanks are equipped with “Lybid K-2RB” digital radios (licensed “Motorola”), which provide reliable, interference-free, and interception-protected communication up to 70 km.
